Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective October 9, 2026. Omnibe is a product of AffiMind LLC.

Cancelling

You can cancel your creator plan any time in your account settings or by emailing team@omnibe.ai from the email on your account. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

• Subscription fees are not refunded for partial months or unused time, except for billing errors, duplicate charges, or where the law requires a refund.
• Usage credits are not refundable and expire 12 months after purchase. A render that our checks refuse costs nothing. If a render fails or you cancel it, you pay only for the steps that finished; the failed step costs nothing.
• Charged by mistake? Email team@omnibe.ai within 30 days of the charge with your account email and the date and amount. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Disputes with your bank

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, so we can fix it quickly.

Earnings and payouts

Creator earnings and brand campaign deposits are not covered by this policy. They follow the brand and creator terms accepted before a campaign or job.
