Privacy Policy
Effective October 9, 2026. Omnibe is a product of AffiMind LLC.
This Privacy Policy explains how AffiMind LLC, doing business as Omnibe ("Omnibe", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you use omnibe.ai, the Omnibe apps and related services (the "Service"). Contact: team@omnibe.ai, 936 SW 1st Ave #323, Miami, FL 33130, United States.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account and organization details: name, email, password, organization name and the roles of its members.
- Content you create or upload: character descriptions, reference images, voice samples, product details, scripts, videos and messages.
- Support and communications: what you send us by email, chat or other channels.
Payment and payout information
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers; we receive limited details such as the card brand, the last four digits and billing country. Creators who are paid through Omnibe give identity, bank and tax details to Stripe; we receive the verification status and the details needed for tax reporting.
Information from accounts you connect
When you connect an account on another platform, we receive only what you approve on that platform's screen, and use it only for the features you turn on. Depending on the platform, this can include your profile, posts and their performance, comments and messages on your connected accounts (including messages sent by people who contact you), affiliate and showcase information, tracking links, and sales or order data for campaigns.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device information, such as pages viewed, features used, browser and device type, and error logs.
- Clicks on Omnibe tracked links: the time, the link, the device type and an approximate location. We store the visitor's IP address only in a scrambled form that cannot be read back. Our hosting providers may see it briefly to deliver the page and block abuse.
- Cookies: our website does not use advertising cookies. The app uses cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. We do not let other companies collect information about your activity on our website for advertising or across other websites. When you pay, Stripe collects device information to prevent fraud.
Public videos in the Library
The Library includes short-form videos, captions, performance numbers and account names that were posted publicly on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, analyzed so users can see what performs. If you want your public content removed or not collected, see Data Deletion.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service: research, video creation, the inbox, automations you set up, campaigns, tracking, attribution, payouts and support.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the Service secure.
- To improve and fix the Service.
- To send you service messages, and marketing messages only where you have agreed; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. AI processing
Parts of the Service use AI. To generate scripts, images, voices and videos, analyze videos, and draft or send messages you set up, we send the needed content to AI service providers that process it on our behalf. Messages that an automation or Omnibe's answering agent sends for a creator may be written by AI.
4. How we share information
- Service providers that host, store, process or support the Service for us, including cloud hosting, databases, AI model providers, email delivery, customer support and Stripe for payments and payouts.
- Platforms you connect, to carry out actions you ask for, such as sending a reply.
- Other users, as you direct: for example, a brand sees the posts and performance of creators on its campaigns, and an agency you grant access to sees what that access allows.
- Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of people or of Omnibe.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, under this policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Data from platform partners
Information we receive from Meta (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok, Google, Amazon, Shopify or other platforms is used only to provide the features you turned on, is not sold, and is not used to build advertising profiles. When you disconnect an account, we stop collecting from it and, within 30 days, delete the information we received from it. We keep only: records of campaigns you took part in (tracked sales, earnings, payouts and the posts submitted to a brand), which are needed to settle payments; records the law requires; and information under an open dispute, fraud review or legal order, until it is closed. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture and use them only to create and secure your account. Omnibe's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. How long we keep information
We keep information while your account is open and as needed to provide the Service. We delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed, except payment, payout, tax and accounting records, which we keep as long as the law requires, records of earnings still being paid, and information under an open dispute, fraud review or legal order.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can see and update most account information in the Service, disconnect connected accounts and change marketing preferences at any time.
- You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing team@omnibe.ai. We will verify your request and reply within 45 days.
- Residents of some states, including California, have rights to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We honor these requests and will not treat you differently for making them. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
- Our website does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because it does not track you across other sites.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app's settings, or by emailing team@omnibe.ai from the email on your account. Full instructions, including for data received from Facebook and Instagram, are on the Data Deletion page.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, such as encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure.
10. Children
Omnibe is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us.
11. Where information is processed
Omnibe serves users in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect, and update the date above.
